Machining centers - GRD Model

The GRD Model CNC machining center is the most flexible vertical machining center on the market designed to produce larger parts than the CMA 3RD model. Vary in size from 3x1.4m to 10.5x3m long. But aside from our standard sizes, we design and build custom machines to meet the needs of our customers .

It is capable of high-speed drilling and milling of large parts in one setup with less repositioning. Our motion control system is the most advanced CNC controller available, giving you the power and flexibility for your machining applications large and small.

Special features of the GRD Model

Free programming in DIN / ISO (G commands), e.g. Eg For milling operations, thread milling, use of special tools such as deburring tools.
Simple and graphical programming, includes the GoTo function in manual mode.
2-axis interpolation (X and Y), 3-axis interpolation (X, Y and Z) for helical milling.
Rapid feed X axis = 30 m / min., Y axis = 30 m / min.
